널지(Nullge) (“we”) operates 우리가게 김비서, a marketing automation service for local shop owners in Korea. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep and delete it.
1. Information we process
- Account: Kakao user ID and nickname used to sign in; the phone number the owner enters for notifications.
- Store: store name, address, phone, business type, menu and prices, opening hours, events.
- Content: photos and text the owner uploads for posts.
- Connected channels: account ID, username and access token for Instagram, Threads and Google. For delivery apps the owner signs in once and we keep only the encrypted session, never the password. For KakaoTalk Channel the owner invites our operations account as a manager, so we receive no owner credentials.
- Reviews and comments left on the owner’s connected channels (display name, rating, text, photos, date).
- Access logs, error logs and a login cookie.
2. Instagram and Threads data (Meta)
When an owner connects Instagram or Threads, we use the account ID, username and access token only to:
- publish posts the owner reviewed and approved,
- read comments and replies on the owner’s own posts and show them in one inbox,
- post the owner’s approved replies to those comments,
- show insights (likes, comments, views, reach) of the owner’s posts.
We never sell this data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models. Tokens are encrypted at rest and deleted as soon as the owner disconnects.
3. Retention and deletion
We delete data without delay when an owner disconnects a channel or closes the account, except records we must keep by law (payment records 5 years, complaint records 3 years, access logs 3 months). See Data Deletion for how to request deletion of Instagram or Threads data.
