What we keep
For an Instagram or Threads account connected by a shop owner, 우리가게 김비서 keeps the account ID, username, access token, records of posts published through the service, and comments and replies on those posts. Photos are stored only when the owner uploads them.
How to delete it
Use any of the options below. Access tokens are deleted immediately; other connection records are deleted within 30 days.
- In 우리가게 김비서: My store → Connected channels → Instagram or Threads → Disconnect.
- In Instagram or Threads: Settings → Website permissions (Apps and websites) → remove 우리가게 김비서. We receive Meta’s callback, delete the connection and token, and show a confirmation code.
- By email: send your store name and account username to support@nullge.com. We process requests within 3 business days.
Closing the account
To delete everything (store information, review analysis, posts, results), email support@nullge.com. We delete all data within 30 days, except payment records we must keep by law.
